The former accommodates 10 + 2 in 2 double [one with a four poster bed], one twin and one bunk room with a kitchen and dining table which can accommodate the whole group of up to 16. Adjacent Quarry Cottage accomodates 4 in a double and a twin bedroom with an additional separate small kitchen and dining area for 4. Outside there is a totally enclosed Mediterranean style garden and a larger leisure area with BarBQ and seating.
Access to the private beach,and forshore of the Dyfi estuary is through the Owners own boatyard which also has a slipway and moorings. Plenty of room for BaBis on the foreshore!
